Exclusively for Andy Kemp's & Colin Crawford's Former clients

How wonderful that Andy Kemp and Colin Crawford have been able to retire.


Their IT talents and support services will be missed by so many in the Oundle area.  And yet, as they both set sail for pastures new, they have demonstrated their absolute integrity by asking if we would offer IT support services not only to their former business clients (which we have already adopted), but their domestic clients too.


Our core services are predominantly business-to-business, but we do share the sentiment of ensuring ALL valued clients are not left high and dry.


As such, we are delighted to confirm that domestic support will be offered exclusively to Andy and Colin's former clients.


Details of how we plan to assist the former domestic clients can be found below.  In the meantime, I hope you will join me in wishing our fellow comrades a wonderful, happy and healthy retirement.

In order to keep support costs down for domestic callers, we will assign all such enquiries to our very own James Boyce - a capable technician who is also very patient and kind-hearted.

Although James is not as experienced as our higher fee earners, please rest assured he will have unlimited access to our Senior Technician during his visits with you.  This means that if he encounters an issue that falls outside of his skillset, he is authorised to contact us directly - at no extra cost to you. In such instances, we may invite James to connect us to your computer via a free remote support tool, in order that we can step in to assist.

James is available to service domestic clients within a 25 mile radius of Wellingborough.

Suits former clients of Andy Kemp and Colin Crawford, who require occasional IT support in the home.

Special rate of £49+VAT per hour

Servicing clients within a 25 mile radius of Wellingborough

Domestic Callout Charges

A minimum of one hour callout applies for all domestic bookings.


The first hour will be charged at £58.80 inclusive of VAT. 


Any additional time beyond the first hour will be charged at £14.70 inclusive of VAT per additional 15 minutes.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by Cash or Credit Card.  Settlement will be due on the day (upon completion of the visit).

 

Credit Card:   We accept payments from most debit and credit card providers.   Transactions are processed through our trusted provider “Zettle”. A receipt for payment will be sent to your mobile phone or email address upon settlement.

 

Cash:  If you wish to pay by cash, please be sure to have the exact amount available as James does not carry cash with him to any appointments. A receipt for payment will be sent to your mobile upon settlement.


Preparing for

the visit

Please be sure you have access to any account usernames and passwords that may be needed during the visit (ie. Office 365 login details / email login passwords etc) - you may need to log James in during his visit.


Tip:  We recommend keeping a notebook of passwords as storing them on the computer is not recommended. 


Senior Consultant Support

A Senior Consultant will be on hand to support James for the entire duration of his visit (at no extra cost to you). 


This is intended as a continuation of James ongoing training and to hone his skills in a live environment.


If necessary, we may also share your computer screen with James (using a secure remote support tool) in order to further advise.  However, James will be the one controlling the computer at all times.


Senior Consultant support for James will ensure he provides the best advice possible on the day.   It will also allow us to guide him towards the most time-efficient solution.
