Meet the Team
SALLY LATIMER-BOYCE
Technical Director MBCS
Sally has worked in the field of IT support for 35 years. Her passion for the 'electronic universe' started as a teenager, when it became apparent that she had a natural aptitude for computers. Her employer at that time noticed that staff often deferred to Sally for help, so he arranged for her to shadow a qualified IT Consultant who helped hone her skills in IT maintenance and support. The experience led to a variety of different corporate positions over the years, and as Sally moved up the ranks from Systems Administrator to Senior IT Manager, so too did her knowledge of business critical computing.
Following a successful career in IT support, Sally set up her own business in 2000 - merging with another local IT company in 2004 to form Serendipiti.
Sally is a published Author, having written the very successful 'Bloody Computers' Book (as seen on Amazon). The book has helped countless companies regain control of their IT support costs.
DAVID BOYCE
Senior Technician BSc Hons
David has been with Serendipiti since early 2017 in the capacity of Senior Technician and Finance Director. Having achieved a 2:1 Bachelor of Science with Honours, David has a solid background in IT support. His previous post was as IT Manager for a manufacturing company in Corby.
In addition to his IT knowledge, David has an exceptional way with numbers, and is also a skilled CAD specialist. He is also very charming and will go above and beyond to deliver in abundance.
David is a keen Gamer in his spare time. And he is also an exceptional cook.
JAMES BOYCE
Junior Technician
James is the youngest member of the Team.
A former A-Level Business Studies student, James is enjoying his ongoing training in his current role. He is a very quick study and a solid member of the team. He is warm and thoughtful, and is very keen to learn new skills in his chosen profession. It is wonderful to have him on board and we look forward to observing his evolution as he embraces all that we have to teach him.
During the latter-part of his school years, James spent 12 months in Police Cadets, where he was often called upon by the Senior Officers to assist and coach his younger peers.
In his spare time, James enjoys rock-climbing, and is an accomplished and certified Climbing Instructor.
